220mm CPM Magnacut Gyuto - african ebony with 24k gold flakes spacer

Look at the choil of this THING. It screams performance and thankfully magnacut is tough enough to support such geometry.

It is in my opinion one of the favorites gyutos i ever did... african ebony is by far one of the most classy wood species in the world.

African ebony was present on luxury cars, boats, but most importantly on luxury pianos and in the legendary, classic french Sabatiers.

It has a nice, subtle 24k gold flakes spacer which draws a lot of attention to the handle, as well being very contrasted by the black tone from ebony.

Not too much to avoid making the knife look like an ordinary mall product, but enough to be imposing.

It has a flawless balance in the pinch grip area, while the knife is relatively long and wide, it has only 167 grams overall.

EXTREMELY nimble, agile and easy, one of those knives that will bond to your hand just in the very first use, making you feel like you have been using it for over a decade.

Zero convex grind, improved food release but still very thin behind the edge, meaning you will sharpen it faster and easier, as well having a better experience of use overall.

Both choil and spine were rounded and hand polished, absolute comfort.
