Raptors are my custom design focused on a very ergonomic, well balanced all-around chef knife.
They can be made into multiple shapes and finishes: forged, full flat, with hammering marks.
Can be crafted out of either 14C28N stainless steel (same composition as AEBL) or in CPM Magnacut
A lot of possible handle materials ranging from natural exotic wood, stabilized wood, high end composites such as USA made carbon fiber and others.
The price is 450$ for 14C28N steel and rosewood/kingwood for the handle. Other materials such CPM Magnacut will have different prices, please contact me.
